Question: I purchased a $100.00 Series EE US savings bond in 1995 and would like to know how much it is worth today ?
Answer: You can get the current value of your savings bond from the treasury department website
here’s a link to their Savings Bond Calculator. You’ll need to know bond serial # and issue date (both printed on your bond).

Question: Where can I cash US Government EE Savings Bonds? All banks and credit unions have refused to cash them.?
I’m becoming increasingly concerned. No bank or credit union will honor these bonds. What is going on and why will no one cash these?
Answer: There’s more to the story. WHY are they refusing? Are the bonds in your name/SSN?
