Question: Illinois College Savings Bonds?
When I was a baby or young child my aunts and uncles would get me Illinois College Savings Bonds I believe I have like 1,000 to 2,000 in savings. i am now 18, i asked my parents were they are they said they dont know and there should be a site online probably were you can enter your ss. How can I get this money? I am 18 now, also does it have to be used towards college or could i buy a laptop for college with it?
