Question: If you lose your US Savings Bond certificate, can it be replaced?
If you had a US Savings Bond (Individual account) certificate and you misplaced it, is there a way that it can be replaced or will the funds be lost?
Answer: Yes you can replace it. www.treasurydirect.gov click on individual and follow links to Savings Bonds.
