A)the amount paid for the home
B) Half of the full replacement value
C)2 times the full replacement value
D)100% of the full replacement value

Which type of bonds would most likely give the highest rate of return?
A)Savings Bonds
B)treasury bonds
C)municipal bonds
D) corporate bonds

I’ma a homeschool student. I dont have any teachers and the book was unclear on these two questions.

Answer: 1:a this is so that you cover what you have already put into the house. You wouldnt want to insure more than you put in, because then you are just paying for money you never payed in the first place.

2. b because you cant withdraw them for a prolonged period of time thus they will have the highest interest rate, and over the 30 years you cant touch it you will create the highest yield of return.

Savings Bonds Work

savings bonds work
Question: Saving Bonds Question. If i redeem my bonds how does the Whole tax thing work?

Alright so my family is in a bit of a tight spot at the moment as is a bunch of other people. I have 3 Savings Bonds that have reached maturity and collected interest. I’m 20, but i dont have a job so i’d be giving my money to my parents, and seeing as they still claim me on taxes would they just pay the Federal tax on the Bonds when it comes time for taxes or what?

Answer: It depends on the amount of $ you receive from cashing in the Bonds.
But if they are still claiming you because you are a student, they
will have to declare that as income for you. Speak to a manager
@ your bank for any further questions.
